A integração ensino-serviço no processo de formação da ETSUS/Unimontes

Abstract

Understanding that health education is one of the actions under the Public Health and who crave the effective construction of praxis, is based on the concept that there is no practice without theory or theory without practice. The present study aims to present a proposal for action to enhance the knowledge and discussions coordinators and teachers, about the practices of teaching-service integration in the process of formation of the Technical School of Health (ETSUS) State University of Montes Claros (Unimontes) in order to achieve health actions with greater commitment and effectiveness. The study was conducted using bibliographic and documentary research. How intervention methodology, proposes to conduct workshops with the purpose of making a reflection and collective construction of knowledge. As a result of the intervention, it is expected that: the end of each training workshop, coordinators and teachers of ETSUS/Unimontes understand the challenges of health training, with a view to a new professional profile of the SUS workers, as well as to develop strategies based on restoration of training practices aimed at care and health management, aiming the improvement and strengthening of the Unified Health System (SUS).
