On this article, taking in account the matter of interpretation, we intend to deal with a general view of Marxist philosophy taking in account Lukács and his relation to Law, which may be able to overcome the standard Marxist critic to theory and philosophy of Law as something essentially formalist. We intend to prove that the author of the Ontology of social Being takesin account important issues, raised by the very best in theory of Law, and, sometimes, overlooked by some kind of marxist critic.
