dc.description.abstractThe Specialization Course in Pedagogical Management in technical schools of the Unified Health System (CEGEPE), offered by the Healths Ministry under the coordination of the Nursings School at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, aimed the preparation of the administrators, teachers and managers to promote the strenghning of the Technical Schools from SUS with coverage of the whole network (RETSUS). The School of Technical training in Health Nurse Izabel dos Santos in Rio de Janeiro (ETIS), had been present at CEGEPE course through some indicated and selected officials to such participation. It was an enriching experience that lasted at about one year, which demanded hard studying, reflection, virtual and live participation. The courses final work was the creation of a intervention proposal for their school of origin.The Proposal is the viabilization of a Pedagogical Qualification for the preceptors and supervisors, health professionals, who work directly in training recently graduated and trainees, aiming to enrich the quality of teaching and learning through practice in service. The content covered in the course were based on problem-based methodology. This InterventionProposal shows viability such as for the institutions which show its desires, as for ETIS. It becomes evident the importance of the school restart its pedagogical practice as soon as possible, free from the limitation of awaiting decisions about the transfering process from theStates Health Management to the Technical Schools Support Foundation. As this interventions result, it is expected the commitment and application of this pedagogical proposal, through everyday actions from the preceptorship and supervision of the professionals involved, thus contributing to the quality of the health services offered by SUS.
