Abstract

This paper aims to build a Project Intervention ESP / ETSUS / RS, the critical analysis of the course held in ETSUS RD / RS in 2012 and its institutional context. Aims to operationalize two new courses RD: "Harm Reduction for Community Health Workers" and "Introduction to Harm Reduction." The project is to propose negotiation processes between team ETSUS / RS and direction of ESP / RS, using the Method of Trading Principles.
