This article includes studies focused on the theme of Organizational Leadership, the methodology used was developed by bibliographical research and aims to show the importance of observing human resources and leadership types for the development of organization or institution, especially public, especially considering the satisfaction and motivation levels of its professionals and employees. The main purpose is to highlight the performance of leaders within public administration, and through People Management and leadership style analysis, to see which leadership style to use to achieve better performance of teams within public administration.
