This study aims to understand the relationship between the internationalization of Brazilian companies and their financial performance. We use the theories relating to foreign directinvestment (FDI), more specifically the contributions of the Eclectic Paradigm of John Dunning, The Theory of Market Power of Stephen Hymer and the Nordic Model Behaviorist School of Uppsala. With respect to financial performance, we use the mainstream to expose the indicators analyzed each company. Thus, there was a presentation of the correlations of financial indicators with indicators of transnationality of the 10 largest Brazilian companies with assets abroad to understand the intensity of relationships among these variables
