dc.description.abstractChildhood includes growth and development phase, any disorder that occurs in this step can leave serious consequences in adulthood. It is understood that both genetic and metabolic factors, such as food, health, hygiene and living conditions influence on child development. Since the school plays a key role in shaping children's lifestyle habits, being also responsible for the overall educational content, including the nutritional point of view. School feeding is intended to partially meet the nutritional needs of students, improve capacity in the teaching-learning process and form good eating habits. For these reasons this study it is drawing up a proposal to suggest actions that can be implemented or implemented in order to improve the work process of family health teams in the risk for micronutrient deficiencies such as iron and vitamin A in children from kindergarten schools agreed to the PSE in the municipality of Ipaba - MG.
