dc.description.abstractThe work is satisfying, but can also be a source of illness. Some risk factors such as psychosocial, can lead to health problems, being able to cause stress. Stress is now a frequent problem in humans, and the work is an important mechanism generating it. Occupational stress is often related to work organization and if the individual does not make a coping response, he will be fired. Nurses who are often exposed to high levels of stress are likely to develop the syndrome Burnout. The syndrome is presented especially for professional unsatisfied with negative attitudes to their work, interfering in their interpersonal relationships and professional. Burnout is a psychological syndrome due to prolonged response to stressors in the workplace. The triggering factors of Syndrome Burnout have consequences for the lives of professionals who suffer from it. Facing the pain suffered by them, is that I choose to make this literature review, in order to understand the triggering factors for the syndrome Burnout present in the work environment of nursing staff.
