The system of recombination in yeast is emerging as a new cloning technology in the middle científicom, being a pioneer in the thesis introduction of this methodology for the cloning of genomic segments of influenza virus. The speed and efficiency of procedures which involve the recombination system in yeast were verified during the production of recombinant plamideos containing the cDNA of the eight genomic segments of the equine influenza virus, A/Equine/Kentucky/2/86 (H3N8). Similarly, these qualities will also guarantee the formation of a collection of plasmids to be used in the production of a viral sample of interest
