The present article examines the Freudian theorical way concerning the guilty feeling with the objective to demonstrate how this affection manifests in the obsessive neurosis and in melancholy. For this, we used many Freudian texts with the aim to emphasize the guilty metapsychology and identify its role in the obsessive and melancholic symptoms. The similarities and differences of guilty and obsessive neurosis mechanism in the melancholic process are revealed in the psychic-relation between, I and superI, that is emphasized in both structures.
