The Physical Education and breaking possibilities with gender binary constitutes subject of this study. The objective of this research was to analyze how they are dealt with gender issues in scientific studies on physical education in the last fifteen years. To reach this goal we used the literature methodology through Louro (1997, 1998, 2011, and 2015); Borges, Canuto; Oliveira; Vaz (2013), Valdanha Netto (2011), and Devide Louzada (2011), Daolio (2004), Dornelles (2015) and others. Developed the theme in sub-themes to give subsidies to corroborate with the objective of this research, we addressed the concept and construction of gender issues in items Gender and Gender in the Social Binary School Context. He traced the historical trajectory study area and their implications for physical, cultural and social dimensions in the sub-theme Physical Education; as processes in humans, the constructs of identity and sexuality, as well as these mark the culture and society in which it is inserted into the sub-theme Identity, Sexuality and its Cultural and Social Brands. It sought to know how it comes to gender differences in physical education classes in relation to corporeality in subtheme Physical Education and Body: Differentiation gendered; we observed the consequences arising from the gender division in the activities of the area in the subtheme Children of Separation and girls in physical education classes. It is defined and treatments distinguished himself given to male and female bodies in subtheme Education Mixed Physical and Coeducation; presented the process intervener of Physical Education on the bodies of students in subtheme Intervention Teacher. Possible actions and attitudes were demonstrated in subtheme Have Ability to Break with the binary of gender in Physical Education; as well as other odds and joints to posture changes of the differences and visibilities were presented in the sub-theme Other Possible Alternatives for breaks with Sexual Gender Constructions with Butler Performing bases within the Queer thinking. It was considered that there are possibilities for Physical Education break with the gender binary, by teaching that reflects on the importance of its practice in the construction of beings who have a history, desires, dreams, qualities, defects and right to decide about their bodies their sexuality, because it is not the biological sex that determines who we are and yes, we, exercising the human right to exist, we chose to be, remain, or become, performatizar, because life is a constant performance.
