dc.description.abstractThis case study aims at developing a marketing plan complete for the company Vocational Training Centre Rye. This development is located in the city of Venda Nova in Minas Gerais, is primarily engaged in offering courses in basic baking to advanced level to form new professional courses as well as specific courses for entrepreneurs and professionals already working in the business of baking. To use the job done based on the business plan developed for the Vocational Training Centre Rye and qualitative research on secondary sources of the variables necessary to draft a plan for marketing services. The marketing plan was completed successfully, with all items in the script chosen marketing plan, developed by the author Ambrose (1999), collected and analyzed, and the development of financial projections, especially the medium and long term, as hindering the implementation of this major work. We conclude that the marketing plan of services developed for the project is economically viable and enforceable.
