dc.description.abstractThis work presents an experience report about the Health Education, with groups in Primary Health Care.We used the theory of popular education for the residents of a community in conjunction with the Family Health Team managed to public transportation to the area, located on a hilltop inaccessible. The lack of transportation influenced the health status and access to public resources. It was possible to mobilize the community and trigger the municipal government for the implementationof transport.
