Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the interest rate the merchant over have direct influence on the value of investment funds in receivables denominated FDIC'S, to this end, we selected the 10 funds with higher net worth and the daily rate for the entire year 2009 in a primary analysis seems logical that the interest rate influences the value of the share due to the nature of the funds where the receivables are structuredthrough the process of securitization of assets such as receivables, auto loans, duplicates among others, but empirical testing shows that it has little relationship with the variable interest rate and level of FIDCs
