dc.description.abstractThis article proposes eleven suggestions to the reflection and practice of Labor Law based on the ecosocialism. The text elucidates the main features of ecossocialism as a theoretical-political program, and based on the premise that we are experiencing a crisis of civilization - of which the environment and Labor Law are a part -, indicates spaces and paths to disputes the Labor Law recomposition for the XXI century, always based on the perspective of the protection of workers and the urgency to take efforts for a tactical containment of capitalist ecocide.
