The Primary Health Care (PHC) is a set of health actions that serves the individual as a whole in themselves and in their neighborhood, in a collective context. It is notable for being located near where people live and work. The Occupational Health is a field Public Health that targets the health-disease process of human groups in their relationship with work. In this sense, the study aims to contribute to comprehensive health care workers in the PHC services in the city of Dores de Campos. We performed a literature review in the database BIREME, Virtual Health Library and SciELO, using the keywords: Occupational Health and Primary Care, Occupational Health and Family Health, Occupational Health and Primary Care. The sample was defined by the reading of them and their suitability for inclusion criteria: publication during the period 2000-2011, in English, have the variable of interest for the study, a total of 12 selected works. The results show that the PHC Occupational Health is a responsibility of the SUS, and that the Family Health Teams should work more effectively to users care workers. We should emphasize the importance and need to train professionals for such actions, extolling the Ministry of Health has an important role in the development of materials to encourage these skills.
