The article presents the experience of co-creating a bilingual book (in Guarani and Portuguese), produced in collaboration with the Kaiowá people in Guaiviry Yvy Pyte Ojere (Mato Grosso do Sul / Brazil), a reocuppied traditional territory, and their spiritual and intellectual leadership. Methodologically, it makes use of long-term co-presence by multi-situated ethnography as an affective and intersubjective strategy that, while describing the experience of inter-world communication (and not the descriptionof a world from the perspective of another), operates as a meeting of knowledge. The relations between orality/writing, editorial choices as well as linguistic translation efforts are taken as cosmopolitical forum to reach the production of inter-epistemic dialogues, underlining a gesture of decolonization of the book from its counter-colonial appropriation.
