Abstract

In 2008 the Ministry of Health created the Support Core for Family Health (SCFH) in order to solidify support and extend the services of the Family Health Strategy (FHS). The SCFH works with health professionals at interdisciplinary care with the FHS. Our aim was to design an intervention project on the Satélite FHS to solidify the matrix support and other NASF strategies in the territory, so that an integral and effective care would be achieved in the coverage area. To carry out the project, it was initially performed a search in the Virtual Library databases in the period June to October 2015, using the following descriptors: primary health care, NASF, Matrix Support, Project Singular therapeutic. Then we used the situational strategic planning for the diagnosis of primary health care unit Satélite, Juatuba, MG. We analyzed the population problems. After, the health actions were selected. We hope that this intervention project will impact the establishment of matrix support in Health Unit Service Satélite, enhancing the ability of its health professionals, therefore reflecting the broad care of the enrolled population.
