dc.description.abstractThe imminent problem with the efficiency of the production processes as a process of data generation for the production of new technologies of production of samples that encompass a production of raw material for the production of biofuels of those that stand out in biodiesel. Soybean oil is one of the main materials for the production of rye, accounting for 77% of the total. Thus, the present study was designed to analyze soybean according to the law of thermodynamics using the concept of exergy. As a result, observed whether an irreversibility or exergy was 36% of a value that can be considered a high energy value or a work that was not at all. The result of the exergetic efficiency was
