The hospital buildings have constructive because hey are highly complex environments requiring intrinsic care. Within a hospital can notperform work as and when they want, good planning is necessary so as to minimize interference in hospital activities. The hospital building is dynamic, since it must always remain open to the inclusion of new medical technologies. And all the medical developments of the hospitals demand agility to adapt to new processes that are emerging. Some architectural concepts and constructive facilitate the inclusion of these new technologies in existing buildings and should be guiding factors for future projects. This paper summarizes an exploratory study, whose methodology was a qualitative analysis of a work held in a large public hospital. Objective of this study is to diagnose the problems in construction management reform taking place in hospitals without interruption of service as a basis for planning new projects.
