dc.description.abstractPeriodontal health and restorative dentistry are closely related. The literature demonstrates, clearly and concisely, that periodontal disease is reversible and capable of healing and that teeth with reduce periodontal support have a good prognosis to be considered in planning rehabilitation/ prosthetic, if well implement and maintained and within standards adequate control. This work consists of a literature review based on the concepts and principles necessary for the planning of a dental prosthesis periodontal rehabilitation.
