Reflexões sobre as práticas pedagógicas do enfermeiro docente: uma contribuição para a enfermagem

It is a study that used the methodology as an integrative review of literature. The goal was to reflect on teaching practice used by teachers nurses. For the selection of items was used as the database to the Latin - American Health Sciences (LILACS) and Bibliographic Data Area Nursing in Brazil (BDENF) accessed through the portal of the Virtual Health Library. The descriptors were: The study sample consisted in 12 articles. After analyzing the articles included in the review, the results showed that the traditional educational practices of teaching are still present in the educational-teaching staff of nurses. It was also the importance of professional training of future professionals critical-reflective nursing and the need of review and reflect on their teaching practice through a continuous educational training.
