Ciranda musical: o despertar da oralidade

This research consisted of a proposal and analysis on the importance of working with orality in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education, a group of children from one to two years old. The project has combined the research literature and empirical research. The literature search was through studies in oral language and its importance in a child's life. To analyze these situations, has become based on the theoretical assumptions of Propositions Curriculum Early Childhood Education, the National Curriculum Reference Early Childhood Education, among others, seeking dialogue with the observed reality from learning situations. The empirical research was carried out from the implementation of an intervention project in a UMEI in Belo Horizonte, and lasted for about 5 months. Sound experiences, singing games, reciting poetry, storytelling, conversation wheel and mainly listening and oral presentation of songs from different genres were used to analyze the importance of working with orality in the first cycle of early childhood education.
