Resumen
The objective of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the quality of life of the servers in the Administrative City of the State of Minas Gerais (CAMG), the seat of the mining executive branch, inaugurated in 2010 and with a population of about 18 thousand people (2019). To achieve this objective, a qualitative analysis of the data was carried out, through discourse analysis and response frequency counts of 936 employees, collected through an electronic surveys survey, to evaluate the understanding of workers' quality of life and health, knowledge on ergonomics at work, as well as the evaluation of musculoskeletal complaints, and knowledge about activities already developed within CAMG. The results indicate that the servers are satisfied with the dynamics of work, organizational issues and relationships with colleagues and boss. However, they are dissatisfied with environmental issues such as temperature, noise and carpet presence, as well as distances and the conclusion points to the need for further and more focused studies on the subject, for Maya assertive approaches. However, the time information analyzed shows the importance of intervening in environmental issues as a way to improve the quality of life at work, besides the need for actions to encourage the participation of employees in some activities such as work gymnastics and work furniture adequacy.
