dc.description.abstractThe present study presents a research about the Teaching of Visual Arts in non-formal context. We sought to establish a relationship between the use of Art in health, bringing a perspective of public health in substitute service. Our purpose was to present the Visual Arts in theoretical-practical terms, integrating a mental health treatment / care perspective, bias: therapeutic, educational and or occupational. Data collection took place from the my practical experience as a network worker. Through action research and participant observation, we present a brief report of experience.
