dc.description.abstractIn a highly competitive industry where profit margins are tight and any error can represent considerable loss, construction companies have to tighten the siege not to extrapolate the deadlines and the costs. This essay portrays the reality of one of these companies. Medium-sized construction company focused on the economic and super economic enterprises. Its methods to control time and costs of activities and development as a whole are reported here. Its methods are analyzed, criticized and recommendations are made for continuous quality improvement of business processes.
