dc.description.abstractThis paper focuses on organizational learning serves as the scope for the intellectual capital is recognized and valued as of paramount importance in the knowledge economy. Through literature review of primary literature were presented several concepts and classifications of organizational learning, information economy or knowledge and intellectual capital and its importance. After all want to show how the new era, or economics of knowledge requires recognition of the importance of intellectual capital which directly impacts on the value of organizations and that, to beimplemented, depends directly on organizational learning.
