dc.description.abstractThe body image translates the relationship of the subject with the castration. The unrestrained search for the body aesthetics perfection is a way to hide the castration. The thesis is aimed to prove that the language, through significant, enrolls as a symbolic network that have a constitution process about the psych life structure. These effect of languages are expressed in a distinct mode than the structure of operation of the body as organism. For purposes of studying and probing into our body image in adolescence, four main theoretical pillars have been defined: the speculate image, self punished, passage to the act and the body phenomena. Speculate image and self punishment are elements that define the object of research proposed in this work, while the third and fourth pillars fall represent in consequences. This research was developed in extent of Post-Graduation in Health Science, Children and Adolescent Health, of UFMG Medicine College. SSA / UFMG, adolescent health sector and the NIAB / UFMGResearch on anorexia and bulimia were chosen as the field of clinical research. The main hypothesis aims to demonstrate what happens at the moment of the subjects psychic constitution when the clinical structure is defined neurosis or psychosis in cases where psychopathological changes in body image predominate.
