Mecanismos para viabilizar transparência ativa e abertura de dados adequados à governança de informações digitais da ANAC

Abstract

This work presents mechanisms implemented in the National Civil Aviation Agency, complementary and dependent on each other, which have been transforming a normative determination (which, according to the act, it is sufficient to open data in a reactive way to be in compliance), in a governance and management ecosystem for openness and transparency of data within a context of digital information in the Agency, which provides society with a tool for social control, with the potential to foster scientific research, promote technological development and innovation. For that, it presented the historical evolution of issues related to transparency and data openness and its importance for the strengthening of democracies.
