Trabalhador-pesquisador: análise da implicação como resistência ao distanciamento do objeto

Abstract

Professionals are increasingly looking for postgraduate degrees to study issues related to their own work. Nevertheless, there is a lack of studies analyzing the uniqueness of this condition of producing research. Based on René Lourau, this essay aims at discussing the analysis of implication, as a possibility to explore the worker-researcher’s potential in scientific activity, instead of the distancing from the object, as a condition. At the end, the diary writing is pointed out as a possible device for managing the worker-researcher’s collective implication analysis.
