dc.description.abstractThe Family Health Program has been established from the 90's as a strategy of primary care reorientation in the SUS, the brazilian health public system. The course of Specialization in Primary Care in Family Health has had a leading role in that process. With the situational diagnosis of the described area of the PSF Francisco Pereira - Lagoa Santa / MG, on the basis of the methodology of Situational Strategic Planning - Flash Estimate held in the module of Planning and Evaluation of Health Actions of the course, it was found that the main problem encountered in the delimited area was the accumulation of solid garbage in the streets, lots and caves. It is intended with this work, after a brief literature review, to develop an action plan which includes staff, community, government and other stakeholders, with the aim of elucidating the problem and proposing to impact it. The acting focuses on cleaning the described area, community environmental education, treatment of diseases possibly linked to the contact with the trash.
