| dc.description.abstract | It is understood that the Family Health Strategy represents a concept of health focuses on promoting people's quality of life. The Permanent Education in Health should promote a transformation in the Health Teamworking process of the Family. Professionals should be able to act in a humane way, creative, competent, resolute and critical sense in that it involves the actions taken under attention to health promotion, prevention,recovery and rehabilitation. The interest in realization of this project is the lack of actions of Permanent Education in Health for health professionals. The work has as main objective to draw up a Permanent Education Intervention Project Health for professionals in the Family Health Strategy / Basic Unit Health, Santa Clara, Naque-MG. For theoretical foundation was conducted a literature search on the topic in question in articles and manuals of the Ministry of Health. They will form part of this intervention project, 49 professionals of the Family Health Strategy / Basic Health Unit of Santa Clara, Naque-MG. The proposed intervention in Continuing Health Education focused on all of the above professionals was developed based on the principles and methods of Paulo Freire, based on a significant learning, differentiated, liberating, part of the questioning of lived reality. It is expected that the implementation of this intervention project contributes to the personal and professional development of health workers as well as optimizing the work process thereby ensuring a quality service to the population. | |
