It is a plan of intervention that proposes reconstruction conference of the Political-Pedagogical Technical School of Health of the State of Sergipe, by identifying the following problem at the institution: the ignorance on the part of professionals ETSUS UP on the Political-Pedagogical Project, as well as the lack of participation of these professionals in developing goals, objectives, strategies and actions of that document. The methodology used will have a qualitative approach, because it allows that focus subjective dimensions in the constitution of the social and social relations. The rebuilding process will take place mainly in the discussion groups, whose participation from all segments of the school is essential to present the ideas and aspirations of the collective. Instruments will also be used for data collection, such as a brief questionnaire and documentary research. Intend to suggest actions to guide the execution of the reconstruction of the Political-Pedagogical. Will be three stages,the first is the development of reference point, the second, the diagnosis of the reality of the school and the third, the definition of strategies to ensure the realization of the actions defined by the collective. The expected results concern the strengthening of the institution and theautonomy of its subjects.
