Resumen
In Brazil, the Pre-Hospital Care (APH) is an emerging area for practice nurses. Thus, in order to offer subsidies for construction and planning of training programmes and training of nurses in APH as well as for a better assistance to the individual affected by the trauma, aimed to analyze the personal/professional training of nurses to serve on APH. In this sense, we opted for the integrative review of literature, as methodological feature. The search for articles was held in the databases of the Virtual Health Library (VHL): SciELO, Lilacs and Medline using the descriptors nursing training in urgency; education in nursing; degree in nursing; discipline of prehospital attention; nurse note pre-hospital (APH); and trauma. 15 articles were captured, where they were read their abstracts and selected those who attended to the guiding question and the purpose of the study. In addition, documents were consulted by the Ministry of health and the Federal Council of nursing. Thus, the final sample was composed of 11 articles, which after read in its entirety was unable to apprehend the three categories of study analysis: The training of nurses to work in PHC, and the work of nurses in PHC. As regards professional training in APH, the results reveal the existence of a deficit in the context of the curriculum guidelines in training institutions, in order to meet the needs of integral attention to the emergency room and shortage of programs or training courses that meet the need for specific training, qualified and adapted to the Brazilian standard. Points to need for greater attention to the training of nurses to practice in APH, and that the development of the curriculum is not limited to teaching in a discipline, but permeates all practices that are within the educational process.
