dc.description.abstractThis work is a study of protection schemes against ground faults insynchronous generator estator winding, with focus on conditions that mayaffect the performance of such schemes. It is proposed to base a testprocedure to verify the performance of this protection, using the real-timedigital simulator (RTDS), taking as reference for testing a generator of 100 MW from UHE Volta Grande.
