dc.description.abstract | Companies with a higher level of digital maturity are more integrated with the 4.0 Industry and it’s technologies and by doing so they are able to respond quickier and assertively to their customers' demands. The automotive industry is known by a strong relationship of the level of integration within its supply chain and, therefore, it is important for automakers to know the level of digital maturity of their suppliers. The objective of this work is to structure a model to better evaluate the digital maturity of those suppliers. Initially, a systematic literature review was carried out in order to identify the DMMs of existing research institutes and consultancies. Among the DMMs found, the three most frequently used models in academic articles and research were selected for a comparative analysis wich measured them in seven specific items: number and focus of dimensions, adaptive potential, assessment and data collection, determination maturity level, digital maturity assessment, result visualization and benchmarking. Through this research and comparison, a questionnaire model was structured to assess the digital maturity of suppliers, as well as the degree of use of some key digital technologies for the customer. | |
