Atanasio : teólogo, exégeta y maestro de espiritualidad : aspectos de su «Carta a Marcelino»

Abstract

Resumen: El artículo presenta una mirada al escrito de Atanasio «Carta a Marcelino, sobre los Salmos», destacando su estructura, el curso de su argumentación y algunos elementos de su exégesis y de su pensamiento teológico que fundamentan su discurso. En particular se evidencia la relación de los Salmos con el conjunto de las Sagradas Escrituras, así como su relevancia para la vida espiritual del creyente. La intención es llamar la atención sobre aspectos menos conocidos de la espiritualidad de este Padre de la Iglesia.

Abstract: The article presents a look at Athanasius’s writing «Letter to Marcellin, on the Psalms», highlighting its structure, the course of his argumentation and some elements of his exegesis and his theological thought that support his discourse. In particular, the relationship of the Psalms with the set of Sacred Scriptures is evidenced, as well as their relevance for the spiritual life of the believer. The intention is to draw attention to lesser known aspects of the spirituality of this Father of the Church.
