| dc.description | Resumen: Este artículo se enmarca dentro de los parámetros de una investigación destinada a indagar las múltiples significaciones semánticas que encierra el término dignidad en las opiniones consultivas y casos contenciosos de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, pero más específicamente alude la cuestión de los Derechos Implícitos, derechos que no están expresamente institucionalizados en la Convención Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, pero aun así son reconocidos y protegidos en los hechos por su Corte; a modo de ejemplificación se tratará el derecho a la identidad, a la verdad, a la vida digna y al proyecto de vida. A su vez indagaremos sobre la relación que pudiere existir entre estos derechos y la dignidad humana, en tanto ésta tuviere alguna implicancia en su surgimiento. | |
| dc.description | Abstract: This article is framed within the parameters of an investigation destined to study the multiple semantic meanings that obscure the term of dignity embodied in the advisory opinions and contentious cases of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights; but more specifically it alludes to the issues of Implied Rights, rights that are not expressly institutionalized in the Inter-American Convention on Human Rights, but are still recognized and protected in facts by its Court; the right to identity, to the truth, to a dignified life and a life project will be discussed as examples. At the same time, we will inquire about the relationship that may exist between these rights and human dignity, as far as it may have any implication in their emergence. | |
