Valores éticos y morales en grupo focal de la Universidad de La Guajira.

Abstract

Los estudiantes del 9 semestre del programa de trabajo social de la facultad de Ciencias económicas y administrativas, tuvieron en cuenta las respuestas de 28 estudiantes referente al conocimiento de la ética y la moral en su actuar dentro de los diferentes escenarios empresarial, profesional, solidaridad y justicia y ética como asignaturas. La metodología utilizada es la de grupo focal. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones nos permiten desde el campo de actuación del docente investigador recomendar algunas acciones que se deben implementar de acuerdo al análisis realizado como son: Crear murales y/o elementos audiovisuales que fomenten las normas y principios, éticas y morales como estudiantes y futuros profesionales. Brindar espacios donde se ejemplifique tanto las ventajas como las desventajas de llevar o no una vida con base en la ética y la moral. Determinar un sistema de evaluación ético profesional que permita a los estudiantes reconocer, y posteriormente enmendar sus falencias sobre el tema. Ofrecer talleres, cursos y/o seminarios que instruyan y permitan poner en práctica las conductas basadas en la ética y la moral de los estudiantes de Trabajo social.

The ethical and moral values in a focus group of the University of La Guajira is a study for students of the 9 semester of the social work program of the faculty of economic and administrative sciences, for which the answers of 28 reference students were taken into account to the knowledge of ethics and morality, in its acting in the different scenarios of business, professional, solidarity and justice and ethics as a subject. The methodology used is the focus group conclusions and recommendations allow us to establish from the field of action of the research teacher to recommend some actions that must be implemented according to the analysis performed such as: Create murals and / or audiovisual elements that encourage standards and ethical and moral principles as students and future professionals. Provide spaces where both the advantages and the disadvantages of carrying a life based on ethics and morals are exemplified. Determine a system of ethical professional evaluation that allows students to recognize, and then amend their shortcomings on the subject. Offer workshops, courses and / or seminars that instruct and allow to put into practice the behaviors based on the ethics and morals of Social Work students.
