Abstract

Gaseous detachment, precipitation, warming and color change, are evidence that there was a chemical change process, but some reactions do not generate such changes as is the case of an acid base reaction, in this case a third substance is added showing the chemical change. These substances are called chemical indicators or pH indicators.
