Manual de procedimientos y funciones para la precooperativa de servicios de maquila “PROCESAR”

Abstract

RESUMEN: La Precooperativa de Servicios de Maquila Procesar es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro, la cual se dedica principalmente a la prestación de servicios de maquila a aquellas empresas que en un momento determinado de su proceso productivo así lo requieran siendo este un servicio muy artesanal, razón por la cual quien allí trabajan presentan habilidades manuales que pueden demostrar en su rutina diaria de trabajo. La razón por la cual se pensó en la realización de este manual fue debido a la fuerte competencia que se puede observar hoy en el mercado puesto que cada vez puede ser más complicado permanecer en el si no se cuenta con las herramientas básicas a nivel administrativo. Con este manual la precooperativa podrá contar con un apoyo en cuanto a gestión se refiere, puesto que con este se pretende estandarizar los procesos y de esta manera llegar a ser más productivos y más eficientes.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is centered in the accomplishment of a manual of procedures and functions for the “Precooperativa de Servicios de Maquila Procesar”, which is located in 47 street #36 A-22. For this manual, individual interviews to each one of the workers were made, the activities realized by them were identified and have been organized for an effective performance. A profile of the positions for each one of the processes during the operations was made and in conclusion we have arrived at that all the workers count with the abilities and knowledge required for an adapted performance of their functions; additionally we noticed that the labor load of the workers, although is continuous, does not fulfill in totality with the expectations of the factory; but the resources that the “Precooperativa” has for the development of the functions are more than enough to fulfill these expectations. It is why the accomplishment of manual of procedures and the functions is advisable, since it will improve the labor environment and the performance and quality of the functions.
