Asesoría administrativa para el manejo adecuado del programa de reciclaje de la Fundación Éxito

Abstract

RESUMEN: La Fundación Éxito, creada en 1982, es la expresión institucional del compromiso social de almacenes Éxito S.A. y sus cadenas Éxito, Ley y Pomona. Su Objetivo es fomentar iniciativas que mejoren las condiciones de vida de la población mas pobre del país. Actualmente, la acción de la fundación se dirige prioritariamente a apoyar comunidades, programas e instituciones en el campo de la nutrición y la educación infantil, así como los programas que propendan por la protección ambiental, la salud y la conveniencia. Su campo de acción cubre todas las ciudades donde se encuentran los almacenes de la compañía.En la actualidad todos los almacenes adscritos a la cadena, realizan el reciclaje de los materiales que genera la actividad misma de los almacenes; debido a que el personal no siempre conoce las técnicas para el manejo adecuado de ese recurso, ni las herramientas administrativas para la optimización, uso eficiente, manejo y control de estas actividades, se genera un dispendio de los recursos afectando el buen funcionamiento del programa. Por ello, es necesario el estudio a fondo del trabajo diario que realizan los empleados de la cooperativa de reciclaje, a través de el monitoreo y evaluación de sus actividades, con el fin de obtener una visión clara de las necesidades y deficiencias que se están presentando en el programa de reciclaje de la Fundación Éxito.

ABSTRACT: The Foundation Exito, created in 1982, is the institutional expression of the social commitment of warehousesExito S.A. and its chains Exito, Ley and Pomona. Its Objective is to foment initiatives that improve the conditions of life of the poor population of the country. At the moment, the action of the foundation primarily goes to support communities, programs and institutions in the field of the nutrition and the infantile education, as well as the programs that prohang by the environmental protection, the health and the convenience. Its battle area covers all the cities where are the warehouses of the company. In the present time all the warehouses assigned to the chain, make the recycling of the materials that generates the warehouses; the personnel not always knows the techniques for the suitable handling that resource, or the administrative tools for the optimization, efficient use, handling and control of these activities, lost of the resources is generated affecting the good operation of the program. For that reason, it is necessary the thorough study of the daily work that makes the employees of therecycling cooperative, through the evaluation of their activities, with the purpose of obtaining a clear vision of the necessities and deficiencies that are appearing in the program of recycling of the Foundation Exito.
