Viabilidad financiera para la siembra y distribución de hortalizas orgánicas

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este proyecto se plantea la viabilidad financiera de la siembra y distribución de un cultivo de hortalizas orgánicas ubicado en La Unión. Existe una tendencia mundial a una alimentación más saludable, por lo tanto, algunos grupos de personas han optado por el consumo de alimentos orgánicos, los cuales tienen muchos beneficios para el cuerpo humano y la salud. En Colombia, la agricultura tiene un peso importante en la economía del país, por lo tanto, se quiere realizar una cadena que beneficie desde la tierra la cual será cultivada, ya que la siembra de estos alimentos no utiliza químicos; los cultivos generarán trabajo e ingresos para las personas que lo siembran y a sus familias, a los consumidores que se benefician por lo que consumen y otros terceros como distribuidores y vendedores. En el desarrollo del proyecto, se determinará el tamaño del proyecto y con ello, se espera establecer la capacidad que se tiene en el lugar de siembra. Luego, se conecta la información brindada por el consumidor final de manera profunda por medio de una encuesta, se investigará sobre el tema de la siembra de las hortalizas y los beneficios del consumo de estas. Para terminar, se ajustarán los cálculos necesarios para concluir si existe una viabilidad de la siembra y distribución de hortalizas orgánicas.

ABSTRACT: This project considers the financial viability of planting and distributing an organic vegetable, crop located in La Unión, Antioquia. There is a worldwide trend towards healthier eating, therefore, some groups of people have adopted the consumption of organic foods, which have many benefits for the human body and health. In Colombia, agriculture has an important weight in the country's economy, for that reason, the idea is to make a chain that benefits from the land which will be cultivated, because the planting of these foods does not use chemicals. The crops will generate work and income for the people who plant them and their families, the consumers who benefit from what they consume, and other third parts such as distributors and sellers. In the development of the project, the size of the project will be determined and with it, it is expected to establish the capacity of the planting site. Then, the information provided by the final consumer is connected in depth through a survey, the subject of planting vegetables and the benefits of consuming them will be investigated. Finally, the necessary calculations will be adjusted to conclude if there is a feasibility of planting and distributing organic vegetables.
