Los conceptos de sujeto y cultura en relación con la formación profesional en administración – un análisis desde la Teoría Crítica

Abstract

“Today’s world is a world of organizations, and therefore managed (...).” “The same fate of man, society and the world is dangerously in the hands of this an upstart discipline.” This statement made by Muñoz (2011: 16), in book form in administration, highlights the impact of the Administration as a discipline and profession in all the possible scenarios of the society you live today. This work is proposed to provide a re-signifying of the meaning of vocational training in administration, through the revision of the concepts of subject and culture from the budgets of the critical theory, in order to contribute to the construction of a perspective more centered on the subject, in whom the education is built as a project of humanity for freedom and life in society more than the purely economic purposes. The question was asked is: what are the concepts of subject and culture that, from the budgets of the critical theory, contributing to the re-signifying of the concept of vocational training in administration?. The arguments to this response was confined to the field of qualitative research.
