Propuesta de mejora en el sistema de costeo y producción de agregados Mincivil S.A.

Abstract

RESUMEN:Esta investigación se desarrollo con el ánimo de identificar los inductores de los costos en el proceso de producción de agregados pétreos de la planta de Mincivil S.A., del municipio de Girardota, Antioquia, y su relación con la rentabilidad, ya que hasta la fecha no se contaba con un sistema de información claro que permitiera identificar en las distintas etapas del proceso productivo, la asignación de los gastos generados. A través de la elaboración de este trabajo se logro determinar el costo real de cada uno de los procesos realizados para la transformación de la materia prima en producto vendible, de esta manera se pudo establecer un nuevo sistema de análisis de los datos generados, y así volverlos una fuente de información para tomar decisiones a corto y largo plazo que permitirán aumentar los márgenes de rentabilidad de la compañía, por ende mejorar el bienestar de todas aquellas personas que se encuentran vinculadas de manera directa como indirecta.

ABSTRACT: This investigation you development with the spirit of identifying the inductors of the costs in the process of production of stony attachés of the plant of Mincivil CORP., of the municipality of Girardota, Antioquia, and its relationship with the profitability, since so far didn't have a system of information undoubtedly it allowed to identify in the different stages of the productive process, the assignment of the generated expenses. Through the elaboration of this work you achievement to determine the real cost of each one of the processes carried out for the transformation of the matter prevails in merchantable product, this way a new system of analysis of the generated data could settle down, and this way to return them a source of ¡nformation to make decisions to short and 1 release term that you/they will allow to increase the margins of profitability of the company, for ender to improve the welI-being of ah those people that are hinked in a direct way as insinuation.
