Desarrollo de un Modelo de Clasificación ABC

Abstract

Existe una relación directa entre la clasificación ABC de los productos y su conteo cíclico. El análisis de estos factores es importante para segmentar las referencias de los productos de un almacén según su importancia en tres categorías (A, B y C) y así implementar un método para mejorar la exactitud del control de inventario. El objetivo del estudio es desarrollar un modelo de clasificación por medio del método ABC y conteo cíclico creado en la herramienta Visual Basic (Excel) dando como resultado una herramienta efectiva y confiable.

There is a direct relationship between the ABC classification of products and their cycle count. The analysis of these factors is important to segment the references of the products of a warehouse according to their importance in three categories (A, B and C) and thus implement a method to improve the accuracy of inventory control. The objective of the study is to develop a classification model using the ABC method and cyclical counting created in the Visual Basic (Excel) tool, resulting in an effective and reliable tool.
