Diseño del sistema QHSE de los procesos de mantenimiento , refrigeración y electricidad para la empresa THERMO MAX

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad el diseño del Sistema QHSE en las áreas de mantenimiento, refrigeración y electricidad para la empresa THERMO MAX ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se tuvieron en cuentas las normas NTC ISO: 9001:2015, NTC ISO: 14001:2015 y NTC ISO: 18001:2007, y de la empresa THERMO MAX en cuanto a los controles de costos en los sistemas QHSE. Lo que se busca es la estandarización y documentación de los procesos, el mejoramiento continuo de los mismos en la fabricación e instalación de sistemas de refrigeración y aire acondicionado, con la colaboración y participación activa y compromiso por parte de la gerencia y colaboradores de la empresa. THERMO MAX LTDA., así como busca el diseño de estrategias que permitan incrementar el nivel de la calidad de su producción, además de crear espacios propicios para desarrollar su manufactura, permitiendo así modernizar sus procesos, productos y su infraestructura en general para la satisfacción de sus clientes.

This degree project aims to design the QHSE System in the areas of maintenance, refrigeration and electricity for the THERMO MAX company located in the city of Bogota. For the development of this work, the NTC ISO standards were taken into account: 9001: 2015, NTC ISO: 14001: 2015 and NTC ISO: 18001: 2007, and of the company THERMO MAX in terms of cost controls in QHSE systems. What is sought is the standardization and documentation of processes, the continuous improvement of the same in the manufacture and installation of systems of refrigeration and air conditioning, with the collaboration and active participation and commitment on the part of the management and collaborators of the company. THERMO MAX LTDA., As well as looking for the design of strategies that allow to increase the level of the quality of its production, besides creating favorable spaces to develop its manufacturing, thus enabling modernization of its processes, products and infrastructure in general for the satisfaction of its customers.
