Análisis de la relación entre factores familiares, satisfacción y desempeño laboral de los servidores del Centro de Estudios Aeronáuticos

Abstract

The present investigation deals with the identification of the development of the quality of life from the relation between the familiar factors, the satisfaction and the labor performance of the servers of the Aeronautical Studies Center. Three family factors were selected, the health status of the family nucleus, difficulties in caring for family members and the logistics in coordinating it, and the working conditions or situation of the family nucleus. It is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and explanatory investigation, with a deductive process; After the contextualization of the Entity where the process was developed, a description of the research process is provided, where the approach, the formulation of the problem, the objectives, the justification, and the methodological aspects are contemplated; This is followed by a theoretical journey in relation to the categories of analysis, then the results and conclusions are made known, in order to open up the intervention proposal that is proposed to respond to the identified problem and the which was delivered to the Entity

La presente investigación trata de la identificación del desarrollo de la calidad de vida a partir de la relación entre los factores familiares, la satisfacción y el desempeño laboral de los servidores del Centro de Estudios Aeronáuticos. Se seleccionaron tres factores familiares, el estado de salud del núcleo familiar, dificultades en el cuidado de los familiares y la logística en la coordinación de ello, y las condiciones o situación laboral del núcleo familiar. Es una investigación cualitativa, exploratoria, descriptiva y explicativa, con un proceso deductivo; posterior a la contextualización de la Entidad donde se desarrolló el proceso, se brinda una descripción del proceso de investigación, en donde se contemplan el planteamiento, la formulación del problema, los objetivos, la justificación, y los aspectos metodológicos; seguido a esto se realiza un recorrido teórico en relación con las categorías de análisis, posteriormente se dan a conocer los resultados y las conclusiones, para de esta forma dar apertura a la propuesta de intervención que se propone para dar respuesta a la problemática identificada y la cual fue entregada a la Entidad.
