dc.description.abstractThe present research entitled 'Impact of using the educaplay platform on the oral production in english of people with down syndrome (moderate intellectual disability): a case study " arises from the interest of including people with Down Syndrome in the educational context through the use of a platform called Educaplay, which is part of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), from the following question: How does the use of the Educaplay platform influence the development of oral production in English in people with Down Syndrome (moderate intellectual disability)?. This research is a qualitative case study with a descriptive design that consisted in establishing, identifying and analyzing how the Educaplay platform, which is part of ICT, can contribute to the development of oral production in English for people with Down Syndrome (moderate intellectual disability). Thus, taking into account the context in which the study was carried out, the general objective was to describe the influence that the Educaplay platform had on the development of oral production in English for people with Down Syndrome (moderate intellectual disability), in order to identify new teaching tools for this population. Among the most relevant conclusions, the effectiveness of the platform mentioned above was demonstrated due to its variety of tools, positive impact on learning and the adaptability these have on people with Down Syndrome and different educational needs
