dc.description.abstractEl avance en los algoritmos computacionales permite hallar soluciones a problemas complejos en el campo de la ingeniería. El presente trabajo de grado realiza un aporte en la solución eficiente de síntesis de mecanismos planos para el eguimiento de una trayectoria, utilizando dos algoritmos bio-inpirados estos son evolución diferencial (ED) basado en la evolución de las especies de charles darwin y algoritmo artificial de abejas modificado por sus siglas en inglés MABC (modified artificial bee colony) basado en la búsqueda y recolección de polen por parte de las abejas melíferas. La aplicación de estos algoritmos va enfocada al diseño de una prótesis de miembro inferior para amputados transfemorales, con el objetivo de seguir la trayectoria de la marcha, de tal forma que el usuario pueda tener un mejor desempeño en su caminata. Posteriormente se comparan los resultados de estos dos algoritmos concluyendo cuál es el más exitoso para esta aplicación y con cuál se obtienen mejores resultados. Posteriormente se realiza el diseño de la prótesis y se verifica el seguimiento de la trayectoria de la marcha.
